*Unless
otherwise agreed in advance: All invoices payable within 21 days of
presentation:
In
the event of a fee not being received within the specified time and a reminder
invoice being generated, an additional surcharge of 10% (minimum £10.00) for
each reminder letter (sent at fortnightly intervals) will be incurred. Please
note: A cancellation fee of £70
will be charged unless an appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours
notice by telephone to Thornbury Out-patient department.
Please note - all unpaid accounts will be passed to a debt recovery agency.
